Eagle Eyrie is the perfect place for you to customize your next women’s retreat. Our location, amenities, and affordable cost allows flexibility to meet your group’s needs.
Eagle Eyrie offers:
- Lodges that can hold 10 to 40 persons. All lodges are designed with a lounge, fully equipped kitchen and dining area large enough for the capacity of the lodge.
- Several dozen hotel rooms to ensure privacy and comfort for your guests. More hotel rooms on campus can be found in our Voight Conference Center.
- Over 30 classrooms and a large auditorium. Many classrooms can be arranged to accommodate anywhere from 40 to 120 guests, with one up to 200 guests. Some classrooms are equipped with multi-media capabilities. The auditorium can hold up to 1,000 guests.
- Top notch dining and food services. Meals are offered buffet style and include soup, salad, and beverage bars. Break service and banquet options are also available.

Retreat Costs and Info
Below is a chart of estimated costs according to how many nights your group will stay and how many meals your group will eat in the dining hall. All lodges have kitchens so you have the option of eating some or all of your meals there to save money.
The below costs do not include linens, swimming time, snack breaks, bonfires, etc that you may wish to add on to complement your retreat. (Please note that BGAV rates are in parentheses).
Per person estimated costs:
- 2 nights/4 meals: $90 ($83)
- 2 nights/2 meals: $74 ($68)
- 2 nights/0 meals: $55 ($51)
- 1 night/2 meals: $47 ($44)
- 1 night/1 meal: $39 ($36)
- 1 night/0 meals: $30 ($27)
