2012 Rate Structure for Retreat Groups
LODGING ACCOMMODATIONS (per night):
Option 1 – Hotel Basis:
(On “hotel basis” rooms are full-serviced. Meals are eaten in the Eagle Eyrie dining hall.)
Voight Conference Center* – $47.00 (per person/per night)
Cedar Crest Hotel* – $47.00 (per person/per night)
Lodges - $27.00 (per person/per night)
Private Rooms – $20.00 surcharge per night.
Option 2 – Rental Basis:
On “rental basis” an entire lodge may be secured. A renter has complete use of such lodge and Eagle Eyrie will not assign other persons to any vacant space in the lode. Meals may either be eaten in the Eagle Eyrie dining hall or prepared in most of the lodges. Linens are optional.
Lodge Rental: $20.00 x total capacity of lodge per night.
Linen Cost: $8.00 per set (non-summer conference); $12.00 per set (summer conference).
FOOD SERVICE (PER PERSON, PER MEAL)
Breakfast: $8.00
Lunch: $9.00
Supper: $10.00
Banquets: $20.00
SERVICES AND FACILITIES (NON-REFUNDABLE)
1 night retreat $10.00 (per person)
Each additional night $5.00 (per person)
SPECIAL RATES:
Children (ages 3-8): half-rate for all fees
Children (under 3): no charge for lodging, half-rate for meals, half-rate for services and facilities fee

- For information about Day Meetings, please call our office at (434) 384-2211 so that we may design a package around your specific needs.
- Baptist General Association of Virginia (BGAV) churches will receive a 10% discount on lodging and meals.
